These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Central Washington Heating and Air website (centralwashingtonheating.com) and the heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services we provide in the Wenatchee Valley. By using this site or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services & Estimates
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change once work begins and conditions are fully assessed. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding. Pricing figures shown by interactive tools on this site (such as the project estimator) are illustrative ranges, not quotes; exact pricing comes from a written estimate.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible by calling (509) 776-0247. Emergency service is prioritized by severity and technician availability.
Warranties
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty; our workmanship is backed per the terms provided with your service agreement. Warranty coverage may require documented routine maintenance. Nothing in these Terms limits warranty rights you have under applicable law.
Payments & Financing
Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. Card payments and financing applications are processed by third-party providers on their own secure, PCI-compliant pages — we never collect or store card numbers on this website. Financing is subject to credit approval by the financing partner and governed by the partner's own terms.

Content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and page layouts — is the property of Central Washington Heating and Air or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
