Pedro is a knowledgeable technician who repaired our furnace and installed a new thermostat. He also taught us how to use our new system. He doubled checked to make certain everything worked and did all this with a friendly smile.

Pedro was very thorough! He found a few small problems which had added up to our general problem. He also found a few other things that could have led to other issues down the road. We are very happy with his work!

Today, Sat, 1/12/24, we woke up with no heat! David came to fix it and he was so amazing and very professional and personable. He is working very hard today, I’m sure. Thank you, David and Central WA Heating & Air!

We were able to get an appointment within two days, and they called us ahead when they were arriving early. The repairman quickly fixed the problem and showed us how to fix our system in the future. They even gave us advice on how to do maintenance too.
