Maintenance isn't optional in the Wenatchee Valley.
Valley dust is brutal on equipment
Orchard and field dust clogs filters, coats coils, and chokes blower wheels faster here than in most of the state. Twice-a-year cleaning is the difference between a 10-year system and a 15-year system.
Extreme swings, extreme workload
From 100° summers to single-digit winters, Valley systems work nearly year-round. Small problems compound fast under that load — tune-ups catch them while they're cheap.
Warranties expect maintenance
Manufacturer warranties — including Daikin's up to 12-year coverage — generally require documented routine maintenance. A plan keeps your paperwork airtight.
Efficiency is money
A clean, tuned system simply uses less energy. Members typically see it on the power bill, especially across a full cooling season.
