What's In a Tune-Up

Two visits. Every critical system, checked.

Spring — Cooling Tune-Up

  • Verify thermostat calibration and cooling operation
  • Inspect condensate drain and clear blockages
  • Replace or check air filter

Fall — Heating Tune-Up

  • Check blower motor, wheel, and airflow
  • Test auxiliary heat staging and thermostat calls
  • Replace or check air filter
Why It Matters Here

Maintenance isn't optional in the Wenatchee Valley.

Valley dust is brutal on equipment

Orchard and field dust clogs filters, coats coils, and chokes blower wheels faster here than in most of the state. Twice-a-year cleaning is the difference between a 10-year system and a 15-year system.

Extreme swings, extreme workload

From 100° summers to single-digit winters, Valley systems work nearly year-round. Small problems compound fast under that load — tune-ups catch them while they're cheap.

Warranties expect maintenance

Manufacturer warranties — including Daikin's up to 12-year coverage — generally require documented routine maintenance. A plan keeps your paperwork airtight.

Efficiency is money

A clean, tuned system simply uses less energy. Members typically see it on the power bill, especially across a full cooling season.

Plan FAQs

What does the plan cost? +
Call us for current membership rates — enrollment takes a few minutes over the phone, and your first tune-up can usually be scheduled the same week.
Is there a 1-year maintenance plan option? +
Yes. You can choose a One-Year Comfort Plan that covers two seasonal visits over 12 months, plus priority scheduling and member repair pricing during that term.
When do the tune-ups happen? +
Spring for cooling (before the heat arrives) and fall for heating (before the first cold snap). We reach out to schedule — you don't have to remember.
Do members really get priority? +
Yes. During July heat waves and January cold snaps, members move to the front of the schedule — that's often the difference between same-day and several days out.
What if my system needs a repair? +
Members receive discounted repair pricing on parts and labor, and because we already know your system's history, diagnosis is faster.
Does it matter what brand I have? +
No — we sell the best and service the rest. The plan covers every major brand, regardless of who installed it.
